Sarah Andreas serves as an Assistant Professor in Business Management and Related Technologies at Kent State University. Her work focuses on how individuals experience leadership development.

Sustaining student motivation about learning and engaging them in classrooms can be arduous with various distractions vying for their attention. Implementing gamification ungrading assessment strategies helps transform courses into exciting, challenging, and achievable opportunities for growth.
