Gina Londino-Smolar, MS, is a teaching professor in the Forensic and Investigative Sciences Program at Indiana University Indianapolis. She has developed curriculum for multiple courses in the forensic science program, including forensic chemistry, forensic microscopy, and online courses in forensic science, including non-science major laboratory courses. Gina is passionate about online learning and providing all students with an inclusive learning environment.
Carrie A. Hansel, Ed.D., is Manager of Online Instructional Design with eLearning and Design Services with Indiana University. She oversees Professional, Continuing, and Online Education efforts with a focus on designing engaging, accessible, and engaging online learning experiences in both non-credit and for-credit coursework. Her research interests include: instructional designer – faculty collaboration in higher education, accessibility, universal design for learning (UDL), and designing engaging online learning environments.
