Culturally responsive teaching is essential to promote equity in higher education and ensure inclusive and equitable education for all. CRT aims to empower students by using their cultural referents to impart knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Knowledgeable and skillful educators who practice culturally responsive teaching to promote success in a diverse student population are essential. During this session, the presenters share their “Top Ten” tips for culturally responsive teaching. The presenters describe strategies, perspectives, rich examples, and interactive questions and ideas to engage the audience.
