In this talk I will explain the philosophical basis for my teaching decisions when it comes to getting students thinking about the reading before class, getting full participation in class, and returning to points made after class.
Jennifer Baker is a professor of philosophy at the College of Charleston. She writes on virtue ethics, updating ancient ideas for today. She teaches a wide range of courses, from bioethics to PPE to stoicism.
